As we prepare for yet another year of operations, we take a moment to reflect on our fiscal year that concluded on December 31, 2023.
We provided services to approximately 430 clients in 2023 who came to our establishment for branding, project management, business strategy development, business compliance, and other services. We are pleased to inform you that we have served 20% more clients in 2023 as compared to 2022.
Without the ongoing recommendations from both former and present clients, as well as from Sophi Strategies Inc.’s close friends and family, none of this would have been possible. Please accept our sincere gratitude.
We were able to classify our clientele geographically, and it comes as no surprise that 60% of them are located in the Western Cape, where our main head office is located. 20% are in the Eastern Cape, 15% are in Gauteng, and 5% are outside of South Africa. Since we only served the Western Cape (75%) and Gauteng (15%) in 2022, this is another example of regional growth.
Our strategic goal is to become the country’s premier provider of key management strategy services. Our aim is to establish a significant footprint and gain regional market knowledge by collaborating with provinces that we have not yet reached.
The creation of jobs for young people without employment is Sophi Strategies Inc.’s primary goal. Our ultimate goal is to guarantee employment creation throughout the projects we undertake. We were able to add over 100 additional contract employment for the year 2023, the majority of which went to young people. Our long-term goal is to develop an organization that will employ young people permanently.
In recognition of Sophi Strategies Inc.’s endeavours, the founder and director, Mr. Siyabulela Sophi, was given two distinguished honors for the fiscal year 2023.
